Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory research products, returns may be restricted. If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise problematic item, contact us promptly so the situation can be reviewed.
Incorrect products
Email us with your order number and photos of the items received. We’ll review the order and work with you to resolve verified fulfillment errors.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
